In their quest to distil the essence of the iconic city, Polly Logan, The Macallan Whisky Maker, and Joan Roca, one third of the award-winning Roca brothers, immersed themselves in New York, taking in the sights and meeting the people who embody the creative, eclectic and artistic nature of the city.
The Roca brothers created a unique Distil Your World New York menu that takes diners on a journey of New York, drawing inspiration from the city’s creativity and love for diverse ingredients.
